Due to the perishable nature of our premium American Wagyu and USDA Choice beef, we cannot accept physical returns, but we are committed to ensuring your total satisfaction with every order. If your delivery does not meet our high standards for quality and freshness, please contact our team within 30 days of receipt for a resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, immediately check your order to ensure all items are present and that the product is still frozen or cool to the touch.
- 2.Document Issues
If you notice any damage or quality concerns, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping box, including the shipping label.
- 3.Contact Support
Reach out to our Customer Experience team via our online contact form or phone with your order number and supporting photos.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim and, if eligible, issue a replacement or store credit to ensure you receive the quality beef you expected.
