How is my order packaged for shipping?
All orders are shipped in biodegradable, insulated coolers with dry ice to ensure your meat arrives frozen or chilled at a safe temperature.
What is the difference between American Wagyu and Japanese Wagyu?
American Wagyu is a cross between traditional Wagyu and high-quality continental breeds, offering a balance of intense marbling and robust beef flavor, whereas Japanese Wagyu is known for its extreme intramuscular fat.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure delivery before the weekend. You will receive a tracking number once your package leaves our facility.
Can I return or exchange food items?

How should I thaw my Snake River Farms beef?
For the best quality, we recommend thawing your meat in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. For faster thawing, you can use a cold water bath while the meat is still in its vacuum-sealed packaging.
